These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zero Snaps ("the game") by Eldon Ngo ("we," "us," or "our") on iOS, Android, and the web. By using the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Zero Snaps is a free puzzle game available on iOS, Android, and the web. The game includes solo puzzle modes, daily puzzles, speed modes, tutorial content, cloud sync, and online features such as multiplayer. Advertisements may be displayed during gameplay unless you purchase Remove Ads in the mobile app, and rewarded advertisements may be offered in the mobile app for optional in-game benefits such as hints or streak saves.
Zero Snaps offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. The current price is shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country, platform, taxes, currency conversion, or store settings. All payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their respective refund processes. We are unable to process refunds directly.
Zero Snaps uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Google AdSense, and Google User Messaging Platform to display ads, manage consent where required, and measure ad performance. On iOS, the game uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before ad SDK initialization when tracking permission is needed. If ATT is denied, ad requests fall back to non-personalized ads. If ATT is authorized and Google consent allows it, Google Mobile Ads may serve personalized ads. Android does not use ATT, but Google UMP consent choices and Google Play privacy or ad settings may apply. On the website, Google AdSense may serve a bottom banner advertisement on the public daily puzzle page.
Your use of Zero Snaps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected, how it is used, how privacy choices work, and how data deletion works.
Cloud sync and online features may use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase App Check, Firebase Cloud Functions, and related services to store or process gameplay progress, stats, settings, match or lobby data, app-integrity signals, and account or user identifiers. Online features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued, and we may restrict access to protect the game, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

All content in Zero Snaps, including but not limited to the game design, graphics, animations, sounds, code, and puzzle generation systems, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the game without our prior written consent.
The game uses third-party services including Firebase, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase App Check, Google AdMob, Google AdSense, Google User Messaging Platform, Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Play Billing, and Cloudflare. Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, consent controls, and platform rules. The Privacy Policy explains data collection, ads, personalized and non-personalized ads, analytics, Crashlytics, cloud sync, in-app purchases, children and audience disclosures, privacy controls, deletion requests, and support contact options. Zero Snaps is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. The game is not part of the Google Play Families program or Apple Kids Category. If you are under the age required to accept these Terms in your location, you may use the game only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the game, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or overrides any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the game at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the game. If your access to online multiplayer is restricted or your anonymous online identifier is deleted, local solo gameplay may still be available unless the game or platform is otherwise unavailable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
